Pioneer Telephone - Blanchard Facility Relocation (Blanchard, OK)

New 11,000 square foot single story building to be used for retail sales, engineering, and construction departments. To help lower operating cost of the building, geothermal HVAC systems are being used. The brick veneer and parapet cap detailing will match surrounding buildings of the downtown area in attempt to maintain historical harmony.

Pioneer Telephone - Newcastle Business Office (Newcastle, OK)

Interior demolition and remodel as well as and a new roof for exterior visual appeal will spotlight the renovations to this building. The remodeled 2800 square foot building will serve as a sales office for Newcastle and surrounding areas for the multitude of Pioneer Telephone products and services.

This project included adding approximately 2000 SF to existing building for freezer expansion, relocation of the existing liquid propane tank, as well as renovation to the existing sales offices. Special provisions were in place to provide back up to electrical systems during renovation.

Addition to existing telephone switching building totaling approximately 1300 square feet. Concrete masonry walls with
brick veneer and precast roof members help expedite this project to meet Owner’s expansion time frame. Special
procedures included grounding all concrete and CMU reinforcing to prevent it from disturbing electronics in building.
