Globe Construction Co. has done numerous additions and renovations to this particular school. This latest project includes furnishing and installing a new 1500 SF portable classroom building and wood ramp to expand the music and arts classrooms.

Cimarron Middle School Renovations (Edmond, OK)

Complete renovation of existing facility. Project included demolition and remodel of 70,000 square
feet including flooring, doors, and ceiling materials.

Carl Albert Junior High Multipurpose & Kitchen Area (Midwest City, OK)
Architect: Architects in Partnership
New multipurpose facility approximately 10,000 square feet. Metal building with brick veneer. Project
includes new restrooms, weight room and cheer and pom-pom practice areas. A small kitchen addition was
also included to increase dry storage space.

Edmond Memorial HS - Performing Arts Addition (Edmond, OK)
Architect: Glover-Smith-Bode Architects
New Performing Arts addition consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet including a new orchestra
room, band room, girls and boys dressing room, makeup room and props room. Special sound requirements
were used extensively throughout the project including sound panels, curtains, STC rated doors/frames
and special requirements related to the HVAC system.

Hefner Middle School Classroom & Elevator Addition (Oklahoma City, OK)

Addition and remodel of existing middle school. New addition totals 18,000 square feet, single story. This project includes
addition of new elevator to existing two story building and handicap lift for ADA accessibility inside existing facility. In lieu of
conventional heating and air conditioning, Owner has selected geothermal systems to reduce operating costs of HVAC.

Project included addition and renovations totaling approximately 17,000 square feet to existing middle school band and vocal music arts areas.

load bearing masonry walls and brick veneer with joists and built up roofing.
