This is a multiple phase project that includes 40,000 square foot two-story load bearing block and structural steel addition with library, new classrooms, kitchen and parking lot with site amenities. The subsequent phase consists of remodeling the existing 39,000 square foot three-story structure after the owner takes occupancy of the new facility; as well as bus and student drop off lanes to the north side of the property.
