This project is being constructed within the Oklahoma Technology Research Park a joint venture between Meridian Technology Center, Stillwater Economic Development Authority, and Oklahoma State University. This building encompasses approximately 25,000 SF of single-story, structural steel frame with brick veneer and EIFS exterior. Spotlight of this project is a geothermal mechanical system which is comprised of 36 geothermal wells 200' deep which will help the Owner decrease overall energy cost versus a traditional HVAC system.
