This building encompasses approximately 25,000 SF of single-story, structural steel frame with brick veneer and EIFS exterior. Spotlight of this project is a geothermal mechanical system which is comprised of 36 geothermal wells 200′ deep which will help the Owner decrease overall energy cost versus a traditional HVAC system.
