This project is a Joint Venture between Globe Construction Co. and Lippert Bros., Inc. Project Management services are being handled by Globe while Lippert Bros., Inc. is providing the field staff and support. This multi-story project includes 12 patio homes, 84 independent living apartments, 16 memory support rooms, 37 assisted living apartments and a 30 bed fully staffed skilled nursing facility.
